Cancellations:

We want to ensure you have a delightful experience when placing an order with us! Just a friendly reminder, if you happen to change your mind after making a purchase, you have a generous 24-hour window to cancel it without any charges. If you do decide to cancel within this timeframe, rest assured that we'll be more than happy to process a full refund to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Damaged/Incorrect Item:

For products that arrive incorrect, defective or damaged in transit by the carrier, please contact us. In these cases, we will take care of refunding or reshipping our items. There are no additional costs for you, Print Pod covers all costs. However, we will need a photo/video of the damaged item to process a reshipment or a refund.  wish to send us the products back, then we will provide you with a shipping label that will be covered by us 

Returns:

We want you to have the best shopping experience possible, so we offer a 14-day return window starting from the delivery date. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your order, don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly support team, and we'll go above and beyond to assist you.

Just a little reminder, for the return to be accepted, the products should be in their original condition, classified as "new" – meaning they should be unopened and still in their original packaging, with no signs of prior use. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we're here to make sure you're happy with your purchase! 

Note that customers are responsible for the mailing fee.

This returns policy applies to these countries - Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States.

How do I request a refund?

To return your item, please email us at support@campingyard.com

The return period is 14 days from the delivery date of the shipment.

The condition of the item must be new. If the item is not in new condition, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund.

Who bears the costs for the return?

If the item arrives damaged, Print Pod will cover the return postage costs and send the customer a return label. If the customer changes their mind within 14 days after the delivery of the shipment, the customer will bear the cost of returning the goods.


Money-Back Guarantee

Print Pod offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. However, this guarantee does NOT apply if:

  • Customers are dissatisfied with the colour product ordered.
  • Customers damage their items after use.
  • Customers refuse delivery from carriers.
